While we stand behind the quality of every pack we ship, germination success depends on factors outside our control including storage conditions, growing environment, grower technique, and local water quality. Seeds are sold as genuine genetics, not with a guaranteed germination rate. Please review our Warranty Policy below for how we handle germination issues.
Black Pine Genetics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in our Warranty Policy.

We take pride in the viability of every pack we ship. If you experience widespread germination failure (defined as fewer than 50% of seeds germinating under proper conditions), contact us within 14 days of purchase with the following:
We will review your submission and, at our discretion, offer a replacement pack, store credit, or partial refund. Replacements are subject to current availability.
Unopened, sealed packs may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping). Contact us before returning anything. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
All clone sales are final. No returns or replacements on clone orders.
Orders paid with cryptocurrency (Monero, Bitcoin, or other accepted coins) are eligible for the same warranty coverage. Refunds for crypto-paid orders will be issued as store credit or replacement product rather than a crypto refund, due to exchange rate variability.
